September has been a month full of energy, inspiration, and meaningful collaboration for ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2024/2025. Each division came together with dedication, turning plans into action and ensuring that every step contributed to the growth of our community. This month’s journey reflected not only the joy of creating shared experiences but also the commitment to fostering solidarity, nurturing talents, and maintaining the spirit of service. From moments of kindness and reflection to activities filled with excitement and creativity, every effort became part of a bigger picture that keeps our organization moving forward with purpose.

Let’s take a moment to look back at September and appreciate how these diverse initiatives blended into one strong narrative of unity. Some activities encouraged us to look inward and strengthen our values, while others sparked laughter, joy, and teamwork that deepened our bonds. There were also programs that ensured the sustainability of our organization through discipline and consistency behind the scenes. Together, these experiences painted September as a month of progress—where dedication, enthusiasm, and collaboration truly defined the heart of ESA.

1. LEADERS MEETING VIII

Moments of Leaders Meeting VIII

On September 11th, 2025, at 6:00 PM, the executive team together with all division leaders of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau gathered at Bungan for their eighth Leaders Meeting, serving as a forum to evaluate ongoing programs, prepare for upcoming events, and reinforce inter-division coordination; the active involvement of all participants highlighted the team’s dedication to continuous improvement and collaboration within the organization.

2. ESA GOES TO ORPHANAGE (EGO) 2025

Moments of ESA Goes to Orphanage (EGO) 2025

On Saturday, September 13th, 2025, the Social and Politics Division, Islamic and Spiritual Division, and Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2024/2025 proudly held ESA Goes to Orphanage (EGO) 2025 under the theme “Sharing Happiness, Creating Memories.” The event took place at Nur Rahmat Ilahi Orphanage and was filled with warmth, joy, and meaningful moments. The opening ceremony began with a Qur’anic recitation, followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya, Mars Mahasiswa, and Mars ESA, creating a solemn yet uplifting atmosphere.

The program continued with inspiring speeches, a motivational session on dreams and aspirations, and an interactive discussion that encouraged the children to believe in themselves and share their thoughts. To add joy, mini games such as Hold the Cups and Pinkie Relay brought laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable memories for both children and participants. The event concluded with a plaque presentation, group photo, and words of gratitude, leaving behind a lasting spirit of kindness and unity.

3. ESA’S WALL MAGAZINE

On Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, the Journalistic Bureau of the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau proudly launched ESA’s Wall Magazine – September Edition, titled “World Symphony Stories.” This edition beautifully intertwines music and storytelling, showcasing how melodies and narratives shape the rhythm of life. Displayed at ESA’s Secretariat, the wall magazine invites readers to explore inspiring voices of history through music while continuing to look forward to the next edition.

4. MONITORING INTERNAL

On September 18th–19th, 2025, the Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau carried out internal monitoring sessions with two divisions at 4:00 PM. On the first day, the monitoring was held with the Secretary Division in Room J3, focusing on evaluating activities, reinforcing collaboration, and ensuring the effectiveness of organizational programs. The following day, the session continued with the Funding and Business Division in Room J4, further strengthening coordination and maintaining the smooth implementation of ESA’s work programs.

5. ESA MUSIC CLUB

Moments of ESA Music Club

On September 18th–19th, 2025, the Interest and Talent Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully held ESA Music Club under the theme “Building Harmony Through Guitar and Vocal Learning.” Taking place in the D6 Room and the surrounding area of the English Education Department, the two-day program provided a meaningful space for students to explore their musical potential and strengthen creativity within the community. The agenda included guitar and vocal learning sessions, where participants gained both technical skills and confidence in musical expression while sharing an atmosphere of collaboration and harmony.

The first day opened with a welcoming session before participants joined their respective classes: guitar near the English Education Department and vocal in the D6 Room. The second day continued with follow-up sessions, allowing students to refine their abilities and embrace the spirit of teamwork through music. Running each day from 4:00 PM until finished, ESA Music Club concluded with a sense of achievement, leaving behind the values of creativity, unity, and passion for music that will continue to resonate within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.

6. SEMI (SEMINAR ISLAMI) 2025

Moments of SEMI (Seminar Islami) 2025

On Saturday, September 20th, 2025, the Islamic and Spiritual Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully held a SEMI (Seminar Islami) 2025 under the theme “Becoming a Seeker of Knowledge in the Digital Age: Between Challenges and Blessings.” The event, held at Masjid Arfa’unnas Universitas Riau, aimed to provide reflection and motivation for students on the urgency of knowledge in Islam and the wise use of technology for learning. The program began with an opening session that created a solemn and welcoming atmosphere, followed by warm remarks and a prayer, before entering the main session.

The Seminar Islami featured an insightful talk on the role of technology as both a blessing and a challenge in seeking knowledge, reminding students of the importance of adab, sincerity, and istiqamah. An interactive Q&A session enriched the discussion, and outstanding participants were also recognized for their active contributions. The event concluded with the presentation of a plaque and group documentation, symbolizing unity and shared learning. Through this Seminar Islami, ESA FKIP Universitas Riau reaffirmed its hope to nurture students who are not only knowledgeable but also wise and sincere in applying Islamic values in the digital age.

7. WOMEN ACTIVITY II

On Saturday, September 20th, 2025, ESA FKIP Universitas Riau through the Women Resource Division successfully held Women Activity II with the theme “One Splash, One Spirit.” The event began at FKIP Art Stage with an opening ceremony that created a warm and supportive atmosphere before participants departed for the swimming venue. The program aimed to promote sisterhood, unity, and recreation among female students in the English Education department.

The main activity took place at Delima Swimming Pool (women only), where participants enjoyed a safe and comfortable swimming session that fostered joy, relaxation, and togetherness. More than just recreation, the activity strengthened bonds among female students and built a sense of solidarity within the ESA community. Through Women Activity II, the Women Resource Division reaffirmed its commitment to empowering women and nurturing a spirit of unity under the theme “One Splash, One Spirit.”

8. FUNDING GATHERING (FUNDGATH) 2025

On Sunday, September 21st, 2025, the Membership Development Division and Funding and Business Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully organized FUNDGATH (Funding Gathering) 2025 under the theme “From Play to Plate, Together We Create.” Held at Pentas Seni 1 and the Basketball Court of FKIP Universitas Riau, the event combined teamwork, creativity, and culinary skills to strengthen solidarity among members. The agenda began with registration, submission of utensils, and an opening ceremony marked by welcoming remarks and motivating speeches, followed by a morning exercise session to build energy and team spirit. Participants were then divided into four groups to compete in a series of challenges, from securing cooking utensils and ingredients to a 90-minute cooking session, where tofu and tempeh became the centerpiece of innovative and resourceful dishes. The competition culminated in a presentation challenge, with the announcement of winners: Group A as “The Ultimate Champion,” Group B as “The Creative Chef,” Group C as “The Energizer,” and Group D as “The Most Positive Vibes.”

More than just a cooking competition, FUNDGATH 2025 served as a platform for fostering collaboration and holistic development among ESA members. The event not only promoted culinary innovation but also encouraged skills such as budgeting, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving. With laughter, creativity, and camaraderie filling the day, FUNDGATH 2025 left a lasting impression as a memorable and meaningful initiative that strengthened unity within the ESA community while showcasing the organization’s commitment to growth and togetherness.

9. SEKRE BERSIH V

On Friday, September 26th, 2025, the Secretary Division together with all divisions of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau held the “Sekre Bersih” activity at the ESA FKIP Secretariat. Running from 2:00 p.m. until finished, the program served not only to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the Secretariat but also to strengthen collaboration and unity among members. With active participation and teamwork, the activity fostered harmony and togetherness while creating a positive and supportive environment for the ESA community.

10. MENGELOLA DAN MENDATA INVENTARIS V

On Friday, August 29th, 2025, the Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau held its fourth session titled “Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris V” at the ESA Secretariat Room starting at 2:00 p.m. The session focused on documenting and reorganizing secretarial equipment while reviewing resource availability to support upcoming programs. This regular initiative reflects the division’s consistency in maintaining administrative order and operational readiness, showcasing its commitment to optimizing resources and ensuring the sustainable growth of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.

11. LEVIS (Ladies Visiting) II

On Friday, September 26th, 2025, the Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully held LEVIS (Ladies Visiting) III under the theme “Inspiration and Collaboration: Women as Agents of Change,” conducted online via Google Meet in collaboration with the Department of KPP BEM FIP KM UNP 5.6. This program served as a meaningful platform to strengthen partnerships, exchange insights, and reaffirm the commitment to women’s empowerment in both academic and organizational spheres, encouraging participants to walk hand in hand toward a brighter and more impactful future for women.

12. ESA'S GOT TALENT (EGT) 2025

Saturday, September 27th, 2025, became a spectacular moment for ESA FKIP Universitas Riau as the Interest and Talents Division proudly held ESA’s Got Talent (EGT) 2025 at Universitas Riau’s M. Diah Hall, carrying the theme “Unlock the Mystery, Unleash Your Magic.” The event began with a lively opening ceremony and inspiring remarks from the Chairperson and invited representatives, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. One by one, participants showcased their confidence and artistry through powerful singing and captivating dance performances, leaving the audience amazed at the creativity and energy that lit up the hall. To make the atmosphere even more exciting, the Interest and Talents Division’s Art Team delivered a special performance, complemented by fun ice-breaking sessions that kept the spirit high throughout the show.

As the program continued, the judges shared their impressions, highlighting the passion and effort of every participant before announcing the eagerly awaited winners. The celebration that followed was filled with cheers and applause, a testament to the unity and enthusiasm of everyone present. The success of ESA’s Got Talent 2025 stood as proof of ESA’s dedication to nurturing creativity and giving its members a stage to shine. With heartfelt appreciation to all performers, audience, judges, and committee members, ESA looks forward to the next opportunity to celebrate talent—because every voice and every step deserves its moment in the spotlight.
