ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 has been bustling with a variety of exciting activities, marking a vibrant end to May and a fresh start for the new month. Are you curious about the highlights of this month? Prepare to be amazed by the incredible work programs brought to life by the Secretary Division, Intellectual Division, Interest & Talent Division, Islamic & Spiritual Division, Membership Development Division, Communication and Informatics Division, Women Resource Division, and Social & Politic Division.

1. ADMINISTRATION CLASS III
Moments of Administration Class III
May 1st, 2024 - The Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 organized Administration Class III with the theme "Maximize Administrative Capabilities for an Outstanding Cabinet." This class was part of a series of three administration classes aimed at enhancing the administrative skills of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau officials and training the English Gold Generation (EGG) for future leadership roles.
Administration Class III took place on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until completion in the D4 room at Universitas Riau, Pekanbaru. The event was attended by all Chiefs and Secretaries of the English Gold Generation (EGG) 2024, Coordinators, Secretaries, and Heads of Bureau Divisions of ESA FKIP UNRI 2024. The primary goal of Administration Class III was to equip these participants with the necessary skills to excel in their administrative duties.
The session featured two distinguished speakers. The first speaker, Ayunda Resti Hawa Annisya, Treasurer of DPM FKIP UNRI 2022/2023, provided an in-depth discussion on the procedures for creating a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and Performance Report (LUK). Following this, Ayunda Melva Naura, General Secretary of ESA FKIP UNRI 2022/2023, delivered a presentation on crafting an Accountability Report (LPJ) for activities.
And with the end of the Administration Class III, thus end all three of Administration Program that held by Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024. The three Administration Classes were attended by All Chief and Secretary of English Gold Generation (EGG) 2024, Coordinator, Secretary, and Head of Bureau Divisions of ESA FKIP UNRI 2024. Administration Class I, II, and III aims to maximise the administrative skills of the ESA FKIP UNRI Officials and train the English Gold Generation (EGG) administration skills as the successor to the next ESA FKIP UNRI management. This comprehensive training is to ensure that participants not only understood the theoretical aspects of administrative work but also gained practical insights and skills essential for effective management. The event concluded successfully, leaving participants well-prepared to apply their newly acquired knowledge in their respective roles.
2. THE 2ND MEETING OF DEBATE CLUB
Moments of The 2nd Meeting of Debate Club
May 1st, 2024 - The Debate Club, part of the English Study Club organized by the Intellectual Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024, held its second meeting on May 1st, 2024, at 3 PM in room D6 FKIP UNRI. This session was dedicated to an in-depth exploration of British Parliamentary Debate, including team duties, speaker strategies, and motion analysis. Nurhaliza Citra Puspita facilitated the discussion and a practice session was conducted to provide members with hands-on experience in debating.
3. MINBA’S WEEKLY
Moments of Minba's Weekly
May 2nd, 2024 - The Interest and Talent Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 is once again held Minba Weekly. Minba Weekly is a regular agenda for the English Study Program, focused on engaging in various sports activities. This week, on May 2nd, 2024, the program decided to play basketball. The event took place at the FKIP Basketball Court, starting at 4:00 p.m.
These weekly sports sessions are aimed at promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and camaraderie among the students of the English Study Program. Through activities like basketball, students have the opportunity to unwind, stay active, and strengthen their bonds outside the classroom.
4. KAJIAN MUSLIMAH I
Moments of Kajian Muslimah I
May 3rd, 2024 - The Islamic and Spiritual Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 held a meaningful event titled "Kajian Muslimah I" with the theme "Learn to be A True Muslim Woman." This enlightening session aimed to empower female students in embracing and embodying the principles of true Muslim womanhood.
The event began at 15:00 WIB in room D4 of FKIP Universitas Riau. Aras Larasati, a respected speaker known for her profound knowledge and engaging delivery, led the session. The event provided attendees with valuable insights into Islamic teachings and practical advice on how to incorporate these teachings into their daily lives.
Participants were encouraged to actively engage in discussions and ask questions, making the session interactive and enriching. The Kajian Muslimah I was a remarkable opportunity for attendees to deepen their understanding of their faith and learn how to navigate the challenges of modern life while staying true to Islamic values.
The event concluded with a heartfelt thank you to the speaker and a group prayer, leaving participants inspired and motivated to apply the lessons learned in their personal and academic lives. The Islamic and Spiritual Division looks forward to hosting more such impactful events in the future.
5. ESA GATHERING 2024
May 4th, 2024 - The Membership Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 successfully organized the much-anticipated ESA Gathering (ESAGATH) on Saturday, May 4th, 2024. With the theme "A Fun Day with ESA's Family," the event aimed to strengthen solidarity within ESA FKIP UNRI and between ESA FKIP UNRI and DPK ESA FKIP UNRI. Held at Pentas Seni 1 FKIP UNRI, Pekanbaru, the gathering saw enthusiastic participation from the English Gold Generation (EGG) 2024, ESA Officials, and DPK ESA FKIP UNRI 2023/2024.
The event commenced at 07:30 a.m. with an opening by the MC, setting an energetic tone for the day. This was followed by welcoming speeches from the Chief of Committee, Fadli Ramdani, and the Chairman of ESA FKIP UNRI 2023/2024, Bintang Adri Darmawan, who also officially opened the event. The ceremony included a prayer reading, creating a respectful and unified atmosphere.
Following the opening ceremony, participants engaged in gymnastic activities led by event organizers. The exercises were met with enthusiasm and set a lively mood for the day's activities. Subsequently, the participants were divided into ten mixed groups, comprising EGG, ESA Officials, and DPK ESA FKIP UNRI 2023/2024 members. Each group creatively devised a unique name and yell, fostering a sense of camaraderie and team spirit.
In the first game, the Dragon Snake game, each group acted as a "Dragon Snake," aiming to attack the tails of other groups. Group 4 emerged victorious, showcasing agility and teamwork. This was followed by the Sarong Relay game, involving an exciting relay where groups passed a sarong among six members before two runners completed a sprint while wearing the sarong. Group 7 claimed victory in this entertaining relay.
After a break for Zuhr prayer and lunch, participants returned to perform their group yells, displaying creativity and unity. The performances ranged from cool to entertaining, adding a vibrant touch to the gathering. The Balloon Dance game came next, where participants danced with a balloon flanked between them, stopping only when the music paused. Group 4 again showcased their coordination and won this fun-filled game.
The final game, the Water Relay game, required groups to relay water wrapped in plastic, demanding careful coordination to prevent spillage. Group 1 triumphed, demonstrating precision and teamwork. The event concluded with the announcement of game winners and the group with the most creative yell, won by Group 9. This was followed by a documentation session, capturing the joyous moments in group photos and videos, creating lasting memories of a day filled with fun, unity, and team spirit. ESAGATH 2024 aim to foster solidarity within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, leaving participants eagerly anticipating future gatherings.
6. THE 3RD MEETING OF STORYTELLING CLUB
May 7th, 2024 - The Storytelling Club, supervised by Nurul Masithah Rery, M.Pd., and led by Violicha Nandianti, held its third meeting on May 7th, 2024, at 1:30 PM in room J1 FKIP UNRI. This session involved members performing chosen stories, followed by peer assessments based on a provided rubric. The aim was to enhance storytelling skills through performance and constructive feedback.
7. THE 3RD MEETING OF SPEECH CLUB
May 8th, 2024 - The Speech Club convened for its third meeting on May 8th, 2024, at 3 PM in room D4 FKIP UNRI. Supervised by Gustari Prima Diharmis, M.Pd., and coordinated by Nasywa Salsabila, this session focused on refining speech content and delivery. Members discussed their speech topics, received feedback, and practiced delivering their speeches, aiming to improve their public speaking skills.
8. THE 3RD MEETING OF DEBATE CLUB
May 8th, 2024 - The Debate Club held its third meeting on May 8th, 2024, at 3:30 PM in room D6 FKIP UNRI. This meeting, led by Satria Hariady, concentrated on dissecting debate motions and strategies for maximizing points. The session included a practice debate, allowing members to apply the techniques discussed and gain practical experience in British Parliamentary Debate.
9. ESA’S WALL MAGAZINE
May 9th, 2024 - In celebration of National Education Day, the Journalistic Bureau of the Communication and Informatics Division (KOMINFO) of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau proudly presents the May edition of ESA's Wall Magazine. This special issue is themed around education and is titled "Discover the Magic of Education."
This edition aims to highlight the transformative power of education and inspire readers to delve into the enchanting world of learning. Filled with insightful articles, the magazine showcases various aspects of education, including stories of remarkable educators, innovative teaching methods, and the importance of lifelong learning.
We invite everyone to visit the ESA Secretariat to explore this enlightening edition of the Wall Magazine. Stay tuned for future editions, as we continue to bring you more captivating and educational content.
10. WOMEN STUDY III
May 11th, 2024 - ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 through the Women Resource Division had successfully held Women Study (WODY) III. Thus mark the end of Women Study that organised for this year. This activity was attended by the Committee and Female EGG Of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024. Women Study aims to empowering women to unveil their leadership potential, independence, and to combat patriarchy in the Modern Era. Women Study has become a pillar towards gender quality of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.
Women Study III took place on Saturday, May 11th, 2024, from 08:00 a.m. until completion at D4 room, FKIP Universitas Riau. The event was themed "Preventing Sexual Violence and Patriarchy in the Modern Era."The session featured a speaker, Ayunda Suci Widaswara, S.Pd., who previously served as the head of the Membership Division at ESA FKIP Universitas Riau during 2019/2020. Ayunda Suci Widaswara's discussion focused on addressing sexual violence and the patriarchal structures prevalent in contemporary society.
She highlighted various efforts to combat instances of sexual violence, including harassment, assault, and coercion, which disproportionately affect women. Her presentation aimed to raise awareness and educate participants on the importance of preventing such violence and challenging patriarchal norms to create a safer and more equitable environment for all.
11. DIVISION VISIT OF WOMEN RESOURCE DIVISION FROM HIMAPENTIKA TO ESA FKIP UNIVERSITAS RIAU
May 11th, 2024 - On Saturday, May 11th, 2024, the Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 hosted a division visit from the Divisi Pemberdayaan Perempuan of HIMAPENTIKA FKIP UNRI. The event took place in the D6 room of FKIP Universitas Riau. The primary aim of this visit was to establish a solid relationship and gain new perspectives on the work programs of each division from the two institutions.
The event began with an opening by Nadila Rahmat, the MC from HIMAPENTIKA FKIP UNRI, followed by a prayer led by Adelia Ramadhani. Welcoming speeches were delivered by Dea Fitri Risya, Chief of Divisi Pemberdayaan Perempuan HIMAPENTIKA FKIP UNRI, and Srianggi Dwi Putri, Chief of Women Resource Division ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.
The main agenda featured presentations of work programs from both divisions, starting with ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, followed by HIMAPENTIKA FKIP UNRI. This was followed by a sharing and hearing session about the work programs, allowing both divisions to exchange ideas and insights.
The event concluded with a plaque handover ceremony and a documentation session involving all officials from both divisions. Both divisions expressed hopes for establishing good cooperation and collaboration in the future.
12. EVALUASI SETENGAH MAGANG EGG
May 12th, 2024 - ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024, through its Social and Politics Division, successfully held the Evaluasi Setengah Magang EGG. This activity was attended by several representatives from each division and the Core, as well as all the ESA Gold Generation (EGG) of the Chaitra Achintya Cabinet. The event aimed to refresh and remind the EGGs and ESA's Committee about their half-time apprenticeship works, using this as evaluation material to improve future events at ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.
Evaluasi Setengah Magang EGG took place on Sunday, May 12th, 2024, from 07.30 a.m. until finished at the D4 room of FKIP Universitas Riau. The theme for the event was "Time for a Tune-up! Reinvigorating Our Organization Through Evaluation."
The event began with registration at 07.30 a.m. for all committee members and EGGs. At 08.05 a.m., Muhammad Muhajir, an EGG from the Interest and Talent Division, recited the Al-Qur'an. This was followed by the singing of the Indonesia Raya song, the Student March, and the ESA March by all participants. Welcoming remarks were delivered by Syabrina Laela Albana, the Chief of the Event, and Bintang Adri Darmawan, the Chairperson of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024, who hoped for the event's smooth progress. Ego Prayogo, representing the Student Governor of BEM FKIP Universitas Riau, also gave a welcoming speech and officially opened the Evaluasi Setengah Magang EGG event. The opening prayer was led by Raja Addin Alghufron from the Interest and Talent Division.
The MCs, Amal Ma'ruf and Nikita Aprilia, then took over the event's flow. Moderators I & II read the event rules, followed by EGG heads explaining their accountability reports from each division. After the reports, the moderators facilitated a Q&A session, allowing ESA FKIP Universitas Riau committee members to ask questions about the reports. This session lasted until a break at 12.00 a.m., resuming at 1.30 p.m. The discussion continued until another break at 4 p.m. for Muslim prayers, and resumed until 5 p.m. The event concluded with general feedback from the Core of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024, offering advice and hopes for improved performance in future events. The MCs officially closed the event.
In conclusion, Evaluasi Setengah Magang EGG was a crucial "Tune-Up" for the organization, emphasizing the need for dedication, focus, and introspection to reinvigorate all aspects of the organization. It is hoped that this evaluation will lead to continuous improvement for ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.
13. THE 4TH MEETING OF SPEECH CLUB
May 15th, 2024 - The Speech Club's fourth meeting took place on May 15th, 2024, at 3 PM in room D4 FKIP UNRI. During this session, members performed their prepared speeches based on the topics they had developed in previous meetings. This final performance round aimed to consolidate their public speaking skills and build confidence in delivering speeches.
14. THE 4TH MEETING OF BOOK CLUB
May 15th, 2024 - The Book Club, led by Anggun Dwi Prasasti, held its fourth meeting on May 15th, 2024, at 3 PM in room J10 FKIP UNRI. The session continued the discussion of the short story "Disorder." Members identified and discussed the story's strengths and weaknesses, enhancing their analytical skills and appreciation for literature. This meeting fostered a deeper understanding of storytelling elements and critical thinking.
15. SHARING HEARING DPK I
May 15th, 2024 - The Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau organized the first Sharing Hearing Dewan Perwakilan Kemahasiswaan (DPK) session on Friday, May 17th, 2024. The event aimed to provide a platform for open dialogue between students and the student representatives, fostering transparency and collaboration within the university community.
The session commenced at 16.00 WIB in the D4 Room of FKIP Universitas Riau. The event began with an introduction by the MC, setting the tone for an engaging and productive session. The Sharing Hearing DPK I offered an opportunity for students to voice their concerns, ask questions, and share suggestions directly with their representatives. It was an essential part of the Membership Development Division's efforts to ensure that the students' voices were heard and their needs addressed effectively. The interactive format encouraged active participation, leading to insightful discussions and meaningful exchanges of ideas. This event was crucial in strengthening the relationship between the student body and their representatives, ensuring that the interests of all students were adequately represented and addressed.
16. ESA MINI OPERA II
May 16th, 2024 - The Interest and Talent Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 is thrilled to announce the second edition of ESA Mini Opera, an art show performance that showcases the collaborative efforts of various divisions within ESA. The event is set to take place on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, starting at 4:00 p.m. at Pentas Seni FKIP UNRI.
ESA Mini Opera II promises to be an exciting and vibrant display of talent and creativity, featuring performances from two unique collaborations: the Secretary Division x Intellectual Development Division and the Danus Division x Islamic and Spiritual Division. This event provides a platform for students to express their artistic abilities and fosters a sense of unity and teamwork among the divisions.
Attendees can look forward to an array of performances that highlight the diverse talents within the ESA community. The collaborative nature of the event underscores the importance of cooperation and synergy in achieving outstanding artistic presentations.

17. INVENTARIS V
May 17th, 2024 - The Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted their fifth inventory session, known as 'Inventaris V.' This session took place from 11:00 p.m. until finished in the ESA Secretariat Room.
The dedicated members of the Secretary Division, with the support from their EGG members, meticulously recorded and organized all equipment allocated for secretarial purposes. Their thorough scrutiny extended to materials vital for future ESA FKIP Universitas Riau activities, ensuring that everything was accounted for and in proper order.
This inventory session is part of the ongoing efforts by the Secretary Division to maintain an organized and efficient operation, providing essential support for the various activities and events held by ESA FKIP Universitas Riau. The meticulous approach taken during Inventaris V reflects the commitment of the Secretary Division to uphold high standards of organization and readiness for all upcoming events and activities.
18. GOTONG ROYONG (GORO)
May 17th, 2024 - The Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully held the Gotong Royong (GORO) event. This communal activity took place from 01:00 p.m. until finished at the Secretariat of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.
The Gotong Royong saw active participation from all divisions of ESA FKIP UNRI. Members from various divisions came together to collaborate in cleaning and organizing the secretariat, reinforcing the spirit of teamwork and unity within the organization. English Golden Generation (EGG) also contributed in this event. This collective effort not only enhanced the cleanliness and orderliness of the secretariat but also strengthened the bonds among ESA FKIP UNRI members.
19. THE 4TH MEETING OF DEBATE CLUB
May 17th, 2024 - The Debate Club convened for its fourth and final meeting on May 17th, 2024, in room D8 FKIP UNRI. Led by Tharisa Widia Dara and Adam Shabir Ramdhani, the session focused on the Point of Information (POI) in debates. Members engaged in detailed discussions and practical exercises to master POIs, concluding the club's series of meetings with enhanced debating proficiency.
20. DAY 1 & 2 SIDANG PLENO ESA FKIP UNIVERSITAS RIAU
May 18th-19th, 2024 - The Social and Politics Division of the Chaitra Achintya Cabinet of the English Student Association, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at Universitas Riau, successfully conducted the Plenary Session (Sidang Pleno) under the theme "Strength Through Evaluation: Building a Better Organization." This pivotal event aimed to review and evaluate the performance of the Chaitra Achintya Cabinet of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 halfway through its tenure, focusing on submitting comprehensive accountability reports. The session spanned two days, from May 18th to 19th, 2024, at D4 Room FKIP Universitas Riau.
The Plenary Session saw the active participation of all administrators of the Chaitra Achintya Cabinet as observers, with DPK members fully engaged as participants. Emphasizing the significance of collaboration and coordination among divisions to enhance organizational performance, Gunawan, a DPK member, underscored, "Strengthening cooperation and coordination between divisions is key to improving organizational performance."
The event commenced on the first day at 08:00 a.m. with a solemn opening ceremony. Dzhillan Zhalila and Fajri Suryandza Azwar served as MCs, while Ayu Nazira recited the Qur'an, and Felissa Nabilla Putri led the singing of the national anthem, mars mahasiswa, and mars English Student Association. Welcoming speeches were delivered by Rani Retno Palupy, Chief of the Event; Bintang Adri Darmawan, Chairman of ESA FKIP UNRI 2023/2024; and Ego Prayogo, the student governor of FKIP UNRI, who officially inaugurated the plenary session. The opening ceremony concluded with a heartfelt prayer led by Rajif Pradipa Wisesa.
Proceeding from the opening, discussions commenced with the draft agenda, followed by the ratification of the agenda and the draft rules of order. The election and appointment of the presidium for the permanent session ensued. The day concluded with an extensive discussion on the progress report of ESA FKIP UNRI 2023/2024, extending until 5:30 p.m.
The second day began with a continuation of the progress report discussion, extending through the afternoon until Maghrib prayers. Following the discussion, general perspectives from the DPK were presented. Muhammad Farhan, a DPK representative, articulated, "This Plenary Session serves as our platform to evaluate our association critically. It helps us identify and rectify our shortcomings, with the aim of fostering greater maturity and professionalism. Let's collaborate to elevate our association and remember to support one another." The DPK conditionally accepted the Progress Report of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024.
The detailed evaluations and structured discussions throughout the two-day Plenary Session mark essential strides toward fostering a resilient and efficient organization. The event underscored the collective commitment required to elevate and sustain the performance of the English Student Association at FKIP Universitas Riau.
21. LEADERS MEETING V
May 23rd, 2024 - The core team and all division coordinators of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 convened for the fifth Leaders Meeting of the period. The meeting took place at Burger Ngantuk cafe starting at 6:45 p.m. and continued until its conclusion. During this session, the leaders reviewed the progress made, discussed future planning, and deliberated on upcoming events for each division within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.
22. OPENING ESA’S SPORT COMPETITION (ESCOM) 2024
May 25th, 2024 - The Interest and Talent Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 has successfully organized the ESA's Sport Competition (ESCOM) 2024 over the span of three weeks. This event featured several competitions, including futsal, e-sports games (Mobile Legends and e-football), volleyball, and basketball.
ESA’s Sport Competition kicked off with an opening ceremony in the D4 room of FKIP UNRI on Saturday, May 25th, 2024. The ceremony was attended by ESCOM committees, invited institutional guests, and contestant representatives. The day began with participant registration from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Following registration, the event officially started with Diva Nadia Andira as the MC, and the recitation of the Holy Quran by Muhammad Rajif.
The ceremony continued with the singing of "Indonesia Raya," the Student March, and ESA March, led by Najwa Azzahra Rafsajani. Opening remarks were delivered by the Chief of Event, M. Hafidz Aditya Mulya Dharma, followed by the Head of ESA FKIP UNRI, Bintang Adri Darmawan, who expressed his hopes for a successful event. Nur Huda Ananda, the Head of the Education Office of BEM FKIP UNRI, also provided remarks on behalf of BEM FKIP UNRI, emphasizing the importance of such events in fostering connections among FKIP UNRI students and enhancing both their academic and non-academic skills. 23. ESA’S SPORT COMPETITION(ESCOM) 2024: FUTSAL CATEGORY
May 25th-26th, 2024 - On the same day as the Opening Ceremony was held, the futsal competition kicked off under the supervision of Adam Shabir Ramdhani, the Person in Charge of the event. The competition began at 9:30 a.m. with elimination rounds, alternating between the men's and women's matches until the break at 12:10 p.m.The semi-finals started at 1:00 p.m. and continued until 5:00 p.m. The competition resumed the next day, Monday, May 26th, 2024, at 9:40 a.m. and concluded with the final matches, determining the winners.
In the women's futsal category, the Yupi Yummy Team emerged victorious, securing the 1st place. The Aturlahh Team came in 2nd place, followed by the Miaw Team in 3rd place. For the men's futsal category, the Manchester is Red Team clinched the 1st place, while the Oasis Team took the 2nd place, and the Kambink II Team finished in 3rd place. The competition also recognized individual excellence, with Deki Syahputra being named the top scorer, having netted a total of 11 goals.
24. RAPAT DIVISI KOMINFO
May 28th, 2024 - The Communication and Informatics Division (Kominfo) of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau held a division meeting at 4:00 p.m. in the Gazebo infront D Building of FKIP Universitas Riau. The meeting aimed to discuss the division's ongoing projects, upcoming events, and strategies for improving communication within the organization.
The session started with a brief review of the previous meeting's minutes, followed by updates from each member regarding their assigned tasks. Key points of discussion included the development of the division's social media presence, planning for future workshops, and addressing any challenges faced by the team.

May 29th, 2024 - The Membership Development Division successfully organized Kajian Pengurus I. The event took place from 8:00 a.m. until its conclusion in room D4 of FKIP Universitas Riau.
This gathering served as a platform for the members to engage in meaningful discussions and reflections, fostering a deeper understanding and commitment to the goals and values of the organization. 26. RAPAT DIVISI ROHANI ISLAM
May 29, 2024 - The Islamic and Spiritual Division (Rohani Islam) of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau convened for a division meeting at 3:00 p.m. infront the D4 room of FKIP Universitas Riau. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate past events, plan for upcoming activities, and discuss strategies to foster spiritual growth among members.
Key topics included the organization of future religious events, strategies to increase participation, and methods to strengthen the spiritual foundation of the organization. The session also covered logistical planning for upcoming events during Ramadan, ensuring that all preparations were on track.
27. RAPAT DIVISI MINAT DAN BAKAT
May 29th, 2024 - The Interest and Talent Division (Minat dan Bakat) of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau held a division meeting at 4:00 p.m. in Kutub Restaurant. The meeting aimed to review ongoing projects, brainstorm new initiatives, and plan future events to foster the diverse talents of its members.
The session opened with a welcome address from the division head, followed by a review of recent activities, including the successful ESA Mini Opera performances and various sports competitions. Members shared their insights and discussed ways to improve these events for future iterations.

28. ESA MINI OPERA: LAST PERFORMANCE AND CLOSING
May 30th, 2024 - The Interest and Talent Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully held the last performance and closing of ESA Mini Opera (EMO) with the theme "Art Show Performance from Divisional Collaboration at ESA." EMO showcased the talents of officials from all divisions within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, presenting their skills to an audience of English Education Department students.
The third show, held on Thursday, May 30th, 2024, was hosted by MCs M. H. Aditya Mulia Dharma and Diva Nadia Andira. This session featured a collaboration between the Membership Development Division and Communication and Informatics Division against the Social and Politics Division and Women Resource Division. Performances included a solo song by Michellia Hoshi Kezia, an acoustic set by Syahdril Putra Halawa and Dina Oktaviana, a duet by Srianggi Dwi Putri and Nikita Aprilia, K-pop random dances, solo dances, and a variety of band performances. The special closing of EMO featured a band performance by Gian Amru Mahardika, Gilang Ilham Ramadhan Azzuhri, and M. Rajif Pradipa W., and a Jammy Jam Band performance by Adam Shabir Ramdhani, Dery Septiandi, Syahrehan, Angelina, and Juan Veri Gilbert.
The EMO show was well-received by the audience, serving not only as a talent showcase but also as entertainment for the English Education Department students. The event aimed to foster harmonious relationships among ESA officials and EGGs, fulfilling its theme of collaborative artistic expression.
29. HIMAKI FMIPA EXPO TO ESA FKIP UNIVERSITAS RIAU
May 31st, 2024 - ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2023/2024 successfully hosted the EXPO (Experience Exchange Program for Organizations) with HIMAKI FMIPA Universitas Riau. The event took place from 4:00 p.m. until it concluded in D6 room FKIP Universitas Riau.
During this event, representatives from each division of both student associations engaged in a sharing-hearing session to discuss their respective work programs. This interactive exchange provided valuable insights and fostered mutual understanding between the organizations.
The successful execution of this EXPO is expected to strengthen the relationship between HIMAKI FMIPA Universitas Riau and ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, promoting collaboration and the sharing of best practices for future endeavors.
