GRAHITA RASUARA HAS COME THIS FAR.... #PART II

Grahita Rasuara's Principal Board

Hi, ESAHolics! Waaah, it doesn't feel like we are entering the end of July this year. How was the last Monday in July? Hopefully, it's fun as usual, of course. ESAHolics, do you still remember the interview with ESA principal board Grahita Rasuara Part I? Today we will continue until the end of the exciting conversation with the principal board. What other interesting stories will we get from the principals this time? Let's immediately look at the following!

Managing a student organization, especially for administrators who hold the role of the principal board is certainly not easy. How do you maintain consistency to stay professional and what's the key?

MF: Our way to maintain consistency and professionalism is to always remember our initial goal of being part of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau. In addition, being sensitive and more open with things around us also helps us to be more grateful for what we have gotten. It can make us "satisfied" with ourselves.

MN: It takes a lot of trial and errors to keep the consistency of professionalism in ESA. The art and knowledge to control and distinct which is the organization matters and which is the private matters. But, I'm so grateful that four of the principal board really have high professionalism among others. The tips are the commitment and the mindset. Keep the commitment of our own principle along the tenure and create the mindset of everything has its own time and place, so try your best to not mixing it up.

VD: I always remember that it is my responsibility, so leaving it is tantamount to making me an irresponsible person. So through the word responsibility, I maintain my consistency to remain professional.

G: We often hold meetings among the board, discussing matters concerning student organizations and outside the student organization. In order to remain professional, of course, we still keep our promise at the beginning of being elected to both start and end this term.

We've entered the new academic year again, let's have a little flashback. How do you feel now when you were the core administrator of the organization compared to when you were a freshman? What kind of feeling? Or there is another interesting story.

MF: It's really different to ask about the feelings. In the past, when I was a new student, it felt very free and the work would definitely want always want to have fun wkwk. Well, entering the new academic year accompanied by entering ESA FKIP Universitas Riau taught me to be able to put myself and find the mature attitude and professionalism that we need to use. Especially when it is almost entering the final student. That does not mean that our lives become more gloomy or boring, but maturity is what has required us to be a person who is ready for a professional environment.

MN: Totally different. When I was a freshman, I totally never thought of having such power and responsibility. Throughout the time, I learned and I learned, I know it might be scary, but hey, you'll never know until you did it. So, I step up to be brave and be the principal board that known for the perfectionist and strict.

VD: Maybe when I was the principal of this board I familiarized myself more often with being ahead of others than when I was a freshman. Because before I couldn't be friends with people if it wasn't someone else who asked me to be friends first. In addition, I can also be better known by others than when I was a freshman because it was not too conspicuous. And I can also get a wider relationship.

G: Of course, I personally feel more familiar with people and that boosted my confidence when I was in college.

You can say hello to our younger brothers and sisters who are reading this, and give a message to them related to student organization. Of course, among them, there will be those who continue the baton of ESA management in the future.

MF:  For the younger brothers and sisters, I as the Regent of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau Students for the 2022-2023 period really hope for the participation of the younger brothers and sisters to work together in developing our common home. Without you brothers and sisters, the ideals and hopes that we have built and realized will not develop further in the future. Therefore, we sincerely hope for his enthusiasm to jointly develop our home.

MN: Hi, everyone. I just want to say that, please never be scared to step in the new path. You'll never know where it leads. The path might be rough, dangerous and dark, but make sure you have people around you that will bring you to the light. Step up and join us in this warm and beautiful family of ESA. I know it looks extremely scary and you might be scared and lazy, but I'm convincing you know that the experience in ESA will grow yourself.

VD: Hello everyone, I just want to say don't be afraid to go into the world of student organizations for fear that the lecture will be disrupted, as long as you can divide the time guarantee that the lecture will not be interrupted. And also this student organization is very useful for developing soft skills that will later be useful in the world of work as well. So don't be afraid to enter the student organization, guys!

G: For younger siblings, don't think that the organization is a waste of time and useless, yes, there are many things that you will get in the student organization and certainly have not been found in your school before. The point is "try to understand, understand and see from the other side" because actually as students we no longer have to take information for granted. We must be able to see the other side as well and be critical students, not dead fish that follow the current of *eakk* water. The point is, the spirit of college wants to enter a student organization or become an outstanding student, it's okay just don't be a butterfly student, huh! It's a shame if we don't mine as much knowledge on our sky-blue campus.

Furthermore, what are the targets to be achieved or met towards the rest of this tenure? And what are his hopes for our beloved ESA?

MF: The next target is to try to review the direction of ESA FKIP Universita Riau where it is going, especially in terms of work programs and activities that want to focus more on a further level and scale.

MN: The target is to bring ESA's name higher and higher. Not as an arrogant move, but as a way to be proud and appreciate all of the effort that all sixty-eight members has done. That ESA is going to keep rising and shining.

VD: The target to be achieved is to be the best among the best and remain compact in undergoing the other half of management, keep the spirit!! And hopefully, it can become the best student association and become an example for further management.

G: Our target is of course to prepare cadres for the next management. The hope in the future is for the board to remain solid for the rest of the time, always together to write the remnants of the book of togetherness that we have.

Lastly, you guys have worked very hard so well. So, deliver one sentence that represents yourself and ESA!

MF: I am proud to be able to process and be part of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, keep everyone up and continue the struggle!

MN: For me, thank you for fighting along this time, there's no one who could to this just like the way you do it. For ESA, thank you for everything and I hope your name will always be known for its credibility and achievements.

VD:  Just one word, Cooooooolll!!

M:  I am proud of myself and I am very grateful to be admitted to ESA!

Extraordinary! Many valuable messages were conveyed by our principal board. Let's give strong applause to those who have put all their hard work into ESA! What a great dedication they have given. We can conclude from interviews with the principal board that ESA Grahita Rasuara has so far gone far by showing great footsteps from the strong cooperation sites of all managers in it. ESAHolics, this is the final result of an interview with ESA principal board Grahita Rasuara. If you have criticism and suggestions or want to share your impression, you can give it in the Ministry column! Thank you for listening to this post. See you next time.
