ESA's Recap on June 2025: Rise and Shine Together!

June has been a month filled with togetherness, connection, and shared purpose at ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2024/2025! As we enter July, it’s a great time to reminisce and appreciate all the moments that have strengthened our bond as one big family.

This month, our organization was filled with meaningful activities that combined learning, collaboration, and celebration. From engaging educational programs and lively discussions to creative initiatives and heartfelt gatherings, June truly reminded us of the power of unity.

Each division contributed something special, creating experiences that inspired us to grow—not only as students but also as individuals who care about making a difference together.

Together, we can continue to build an ESA that empowers, supports, and celebrates every member.

1. Sharing hearing DPK I

ESA FKIP Universitas Riau through the Membership Development Division again held the Sharing Hearing DPK I activity which was held on Tuesday, June 4, 2025, at Room D4 FKIP Universitas Riau, starting at 15.30 to 18.00 WIB.

This activity is a forum for dialogue and reflection on the half-term management of ESA FKIP UNRI, where all members have the opportunity to convey their aspirations, suggestions, and evaluations of the organization's performance. The discussion took place in an atmosphere full of openness, kinship, and enthusiasm to continue to grow together.

Through this Sharing Hearing, ESA is committed to building healthy two-way communication, strengthening internal solidarity, and creating a more inclusive, adaptive, and highly competitive organizational space.

2. Visual Arts Poster Contest (VAPE) 2025

The Communication and Information Division of FKIP Universitas Riau is currently holding the 2025 Visual Arts Poster Contest (VAPE) with the theme "Whisking Dreams into Reality". This inspiring competition has been running since June 11, 2025 to July 11, and will enter the Judging Stage which will take place from July 12 to 17, 2025. And the announcement of the winner on July 19, 2025.

This event is a forum for young designers throughout Indonesia to express their creativity through graphic design posters with topics such as realizing dreams through technology,Realizing Dreams Through Technology, Young Generation, Preserve Culture, Language Mastery for Career Success of the Nation's Next Generation,Be Smart with Media, Be Ethical in Your Work.

3. Sidang Pleno 2024/2025 Marks ESA'S Effort Toward Reflective and Purposeful Growth)

Pekanbaru, June 18th, 2025 – The Social and Politics Division from Aruna Niscala Cabinet of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2024/2025 successfully held the Sidang Pleno ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2024/2025 with the theme “Evaluating with Purpose, Growing with Vision.” The event aimed to review and evaluate the ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2024/2025 progress during the first half of its service period by presenting and discussing the mid-term accountability report. The Sidang Pleno was held over two days, Saturday to Sunday, June 14th–15th, 2025, at the D4 Room, FKIP Universitas Riau

4. Kajian Isu

The social politics division movement at the University of Riau is currently voicing concerns over the issue of campus militarization, with the theme “Campus Militarization: Threats to Academic Freedom at the University of Riau.” This critical campaign aims to raise awareness of potential threats to academic freedom and the autonomy of educational spaces.

This action is a forum for students and academics to convey their attitudes through posters, discussions, and public campaigns with messages such as

This movement emphasizes that campuses must remain free spaces for critical thinking, open dialogue, and independent study without intimidation or intervention from military forces.

5. Sidang Penuh EGG 

Pekanbaru, June 25th, 2025 – The Social and Politics Division ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted the Sidang Penuh EGG ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2025 with the theme "Act with Purpose, Lead with Responsibility". This momentous event marks the culmination of a 6-month internship program for 2024 batch students at ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, celebrating their achievements and evaluating their performance throughout the internship period.

The Sidang Penuh EGG was held over two intensive days, Saturday to Sunday, June 21st–22nd, 2025, at D6 room of FKIP Universitas Riau.

6. OPEN RECRUITMENT ESA Organizational Board Batch 2 Period 2024/2025

The FKIP Universitas Riau Membership Development Division is currently holding an Open Recruitment for ESA Organization Management Batch 2 for the 2024/2025 period. This recruitment provides an exciting opportunity for English education students to become part of the ESA team and develop their organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills.

The registration period is open from June 27 to July 3, 2025, followed by interviews on July 5 to 7, 2025. The announcement of the results will be made on July 10, 2025.

Applicants are required to prepare the EMOT 2025 Certificate (Soft File) and a 3x4 photo.
