April 2026 was a dynamic and productive month for ESA FKIP Universitas Riau under the Lunara Vistara Cabinet. Throughout the month, ESA successfully carried out a wide range of programs, from talent showcases and academic discussions to organizational meetings and the implementation of the National English Olympiad (NEO) 2026. Each activity reflected strong collaboration, creativity, and commitment from all members in contributing to the growth of the organization.

Through these programs, ESA not only strengthened solidarity and teamwork among its members but also provided valuable opportunities to develop skills, broaden knowledge, and gain meaningful experiences. From internal development activities to large-scale events, every program played an important role in building a more active, innovative, and supportive ESA community.

1. ESA Mini Opera (EMO)

The Moments of EMO

On Saturday, April 4th, 2026, the Interest and Talents Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully held ESA Mini Opera (EMO) at the Microteaching Room, FKIP Universitas Riau. This event began at 09:00 A.M. and featured a variety of creative performances from members of ESA.

ESA Mini Opera presented exciting performances from the Interest and Talents Division, along with special collaborative performances involving members from different divisions within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau. The event showcased captivating musical drama performances and impressive vocal acts that received enthusiastic applause from the audience.

2. Women Resource Project (WRP) III

The Moments of WRP III

On Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, the Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau carried out Women Resource Project (WRP) III at 04:00 P.M. in the NEO Decoration Room.

 This activity aimed to support the NEO Decoration Committee in preparing for NEO 2026. Through active collaboration, the participants worked together to arrange and enhance the decorations in order to create a well-organized and visually engaging event space.

3. Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris II

The Moments of Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris II

On Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, the Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau carried out the second session of “Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris” at the ESA Secretariat Room. The activity started at 03:00 P.M. and continued until completion.

During this session, members of the Secretary Division worked together to review, document, and organize the secretariat’s inventory to ensure accurate records and effective resource management.

4. Sekre Bersih II

The Moments of Sekre Bersih II

On Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, the Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, in collaboration with all divisions, carried out Sekre Bersih II at the ESA Secretariat. The activity started at 03:00 P.M. and continued until completion.

This activity aimed to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the Secretariat while strengthening unity and togetherness among ESA members. Through active participation from each division, the program emphasized teamwork and shared responsibility.

5. ESA’s April Wall Magazine

The Moments of  ESA's April Wall Magazine

On Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, at 12:00 P.M., the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau created ESA’s April Wall Magazine in front of the ESA Secretariat. This edition carried the theme “National English Olympiad 2026,” presenting an informative and engaging concept designed to attract readers while delivering relevant information for all ESA members.

The April Wall Magazine featured several sections, including the Organizational Structure, the April Work Program Calendar, and documentation of March work programs. It also included Hot News related to education, Academic Information such as scholarship and competition updates, as well as National and International News, and was completed with Editorial Greetings.

6. Pelatihan Medis

The Moments of Pelatihan Medis

On Thursday, April 9th, 2026, the Social and Politics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted Pelatihan Medis at 04:00 P.M. in Room D6 of FKIP Universitas Riau. This activity carried the theme “Training Today, Saving Lives Tomorrow.”

This activity aimed to equip participants with basic medical knowledge and first aid skills as preparation for emergency situations. Through this training, participants gained a better understanding of proper initial treatment and developed greater confidence in responding to unexpected incidents. Furthermore, this program encouraged participants to be more responsive, responsible, and prepared to help others in critical situations. Through this initiative, the activity contributed to building a more aware and prepared community.

7. Educational Issue Study

The Moments of Educational Issue Study

On Thursday, April 9th, 2026, the Intellectual Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted Educational Issue Study at 07:00 P.M. via Google Meet. This session carried the theme “The Impact of AI Tools on Students' Critical Thinking Skills.”

This activity focused on discussing current educational issues, particularly the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) tools on students’ critical thinking skills. The discussion explored both the challenges faced by students and the influence of AI on the learning process. During the session, participants were given the opportunity to share their perspectives and elaborate on the topics discussed. Through this discussion, the activity aimed to deepen participants’ understanding, encourage the exchange of ideas, and explore possible solutions to challenges in the digital learning era.

8. NEO Committee Meeting III

The Moments of NEO Committee Meeting III

On Friday, April 10th, 2026, NEO Committee Meeting III was held in Room D6, FKIP Universitas Riau at 02:30 P.M. This meeting focused on the preparation and implementation of NEO 2026. During the session, each activity coordinator and the persons in charge of the competitions presented the progress of their respective responsibilities, including event readiness, task distribution, and technical arrangements.

Through this meeting, the committee members were able to strengthen coordination, clarify their roles, and improve collaboration. This discussion played an important role in ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of NEO 2026.

9.  Lomba MTQ

The Moments of Lomba MTQ

On Saturday, April 11th, 2026, the Islamic and Spiritual Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted Lomba MTQ in Room D4, FKIP Universitas Riau. The activity started at 07:30 A.M. and continued until completion. This event carried the theme “Building a Qur’anic Generation with Noble Character in the Modern Era.”

This activity aimed to foster a Qur’anic generation with noble character in the modern era. During the event, participants took part in MTQ competitions that showcased their abilities in reciting and understanding the Qur’an.

10. Funding Competition (FUNCOM)

The Moments of FUNCOM

On Sunday, April 12th, 2026, the Funding and Business Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully organized Funding Competition (FUNCOM) at Pentas Seni 2, FKIP Universitas Riau. The competition started at 07:30 A.M. and continued until completion. This event carried the theme “The Magic of Potato: From Simple to Spectacular.”

This cooking competition aimed to encourage participants to transform simple ingredients into creative and appealing dishes. Participants from each class of the English Study Program showcased their culinary skills by presenting a variety of potato-based creations, highlighting their originality, cooking techniques, and presentation.

11.Women Resource Project (WRP) IV

The Moments of WRP IV

On Friday, April 17th, 2026, at 05:00 P.M., the Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted Women Resource Project (WRP) IV at the NEO Decoration Room.

This activity aimed to support the NEO Decoration Committee in finalizing the preparations for NEO 2026. Through active collaboration, the participants worked together to arrange and enhance the decorations, creating a more organized and visually appealing event space.

12.Kartini’s Day

The Moments of Kartini's Day

On Friday, April 17th, 2026, at 02:00 P.M., the Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully held Kartini’s Day Watch Party in Room D6, FKIP Universitas Riau.

This activity featured a movie screening to commemorate the upcoming Kartini’s Day. After the screening, participants took part in an engaging quiz based on the film, where they enthusiastically answered questions while reflecting on the values and messages conveyed in the movie.

13. Leaders Meeting IV

The Moments of Leaders Meeting IV

On Monday, April 20th, 2026, ESA FKIP Universitas Riau held Leaders Meeting IV in Room D7, FKIP Universitas Riau at 02:30 P.M. This monthly meeting was organized by the core team as a discussion platform involving Division Heads and Division Secretaries from all divisions.

This meeting focused on evaluating each division’s performance and development, including program constraints, overall achievements, and the relationship and performance of EGG within each division. During the session, each division was given the opportunity to present and elaborate on these aspects. Through this meeting, the core team gained a comprehensive understanding of the current conditions across all divisions. It also provided a space for feedback, guidance, and support, aiming to address challenges and improve coordination for better performance in future ESA act.

14. Experience Exchange Program for Organizations (EXPO)

The Moments of EXPO

On Monday, April 20th, 2026, the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully organized the Experience Exchange Program for Organizations (EXPO) in collaboration with HMPS PAI UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The event was held online via Google Meet at 07:30 P.M., carrying the theme “A Joint Exchange for Innovative Communication Solutions.”

This program served as a platform for participants to exchange insights, experiences, and best practices in organizational communication and information management. Through this activity, participants were able to strengthen collaboration, enhance problem-solving skills, and develop innovative strategies in addressing communication challenges.

15. Experience Exchange Program for Organizations (EXPO)

On Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully organized the Experience Exchange Program for Organizations (EXPO) in collaboration with HIMAPEFSI FKIP Universitas Riau. The event was held at 03:30 P.M. in Room D4, FKIP Universitas Riau, carrying the theme “Bridging Organizations for Smarter Communication Growth.”

This program aimed to provide valuable opportunities for participants to expand their knowledge and strengthen their organizational skills, particularly in effective communication. Through the exchange of ideas and experiences, participants gained new insights, built connections, and developed more innovative approaches to collaboration within their respective organizations.

16. Monitoring Internal

The Moments of Monitoring Internal

On Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, the Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted Monitoring Internal toward the Interest and Talents Division. This activity was held at 01:30 P.M. in Classroom J3.

This activity aimed to identify and understand the internal condition of the Interest and Talents Division. It also served as an evaluation process that allowed the Membership Development Division to provide support and guidance for the division’s continuity and future development.

17. Day 1 of National English Olympiad (NEO) 2026

The Moments of Day 1 of NEO 2026

On Monday, April 27th, 2026, ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted Day 1 of National English Olympiad (NEO) 2026, carrying the spirit of “Bring the Best and Go Beyond.” The event began with an Opening Ceremony at 08:00 A.M. in Gedung M. Diah, FKIP Universitas Riau, which was officially opened by Dr. Ria Novianti, followed by welcoming remarks from distinguished speakers.

The agenda continued with a National Webinar held via Zoom, featuring Fazzanariya Maya as the keynote speaker. This session was followed by the Final Quiz competition, where Junior High School participants demonstrated their English skills with great enthusiasm.
