June 2026 was a meaningful month for ESA FKIP Universitas Riau under the Lunara Vistara Cabinet, marked by continuous growth, collaboration, and organizational development. Throughout the month, ESA carried out a series of impactful activities that reflected its commitment to enhancing members’ knowledge, strengthening organizational values, and fostering a supportive environment for learning and leadership. Every program was designed to encourage responsibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement while reinforcing the spirit of togetherness among ESA members. Let’s take a closer look at ESA’s inspiring journey throughout June 2026!

1. Education Webinar 2026

The Moments of Education Webinar 2026

On Monday, June 1st, 2026, the Intellectual Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted Education Webinar 2026 through an online session via Google Meet from 07.00 PM until completion. Carrying the theme “Mastering English Skills in the Modern Era,” the webinar was organized to provide participants with valuable knowledge and practical insights into improving their English proficiency and developing effective communication skills to meet the demands of today’s globalized world. The session featured Annisa Permata Islami, M.Ed. as the speaker, who shared meaningful perspectives and learning strategies to encourage participants to continuously enhance their language abilities through consistent practice.

The webinar was conducted in an interactive and engaging atmosphere, beginning with an opening session led by the Master of Ceremony, Epiyanti, followed by a prayer delivered by Muhammad Setiawan and welcoming remarks from Muhammad Rizky Pramana, Coordinator of the Intellectual Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau. Throughout the session, the speaker also inspired participants with the quote, “Mistakes are normal. Learning from them is what makes you a better speaker,” emphasizing that mistakes are an essential part of the learning process. The activity served as a valuable platform for participants to broaden their understanding of English learning while strengthening their confidence and motivation to continuously develop their communication skills.

2. ESA’s June Wall Magazine

On Friday, June 5th, 2026, the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully created ESA’s June Wall Magazine in front of the ESA Secretariat at 01.00 PM. Carrying the theme “A Sky Full of Wonders,” this monthly publication was designed to provide informative and inspiring content while encouraging readers to explore new insights through relevant and meaningful information. The wall magazine also served as a medium to keep ESA members informed about organizational activities, academic opportunities, and current issues.

The June Wall Magazine featured various sections, including the organizational structure, the June work program calendar, documentation of May work programs, hot news on education, academic information such as scholarship opportunities, international news, and an editorial greeting. Through these diverse contents, the publication aimed to strengthen communication among ESA members, broaden their knowledge, and promote active engagement with the organization’s activities. It is hoped that this edition will continue to inspire readers and become a valuable source of information, knowledge, and opportunities for the entire ESA community.

3. Sidang Pleno 2026

The Moments of Sidang Pleno 2026

On Saturday and Sunday, June 6th–7th, 2026, the Social and Politics Division of the Lunara Vistara Cabinet of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2025/2026 successfully held Sidang Pleno ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2025/2026 in Room D6, FKIP Universitas Riau. Carrying the theme “Strengthening Responsibility and Inspiring Improvement,” the two-day plenary session was organized to evaluate and reflect on the organization’s progress during the first half of its 2025/2026 term through the presentation, discussion, and assessment of the mid-term accountability report. The event officially commenced at 07.30 AM with an opening ceremony, followed by a series of plenary sessions led by the temporary and permanent presidium.

The plenary session was conducted in an orderly and collaborative atmosphere, featuring the approval of the meeting agenda and rules of procedure, the election of the permanent presidium, and comprehensive discussions of the mid-term accountability report submitted by ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2025/2026. Throughout the two-day event, participants actively contributed to the evaluation process before the report was officially ratified following the delivery of the general views from DPK ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2025/2026. The activity reflected ESA’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous organizational improvement while reinforcing collaboration and strategic development for the remainder of the cabinet’s term.

4. Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris IV

The Moments of Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris IV

On Monday, June 8th, 2026, the Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted the fourth session of Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris at the ESA Secretariat Room from 10.30 AM to 01.00 PM. The activity was organized to ensure that the organization's inventory was properly inspected, recorded, and arranged, allowing all assets to be systematically documented and effectively managed to support ESA’s administrative and operational needs.

The activity was carried out in a collaborative and organized manner, with members of the Secretary Division working together to inspect, categorize, and document the secretariat’s inventory. Through systematic inventory management and accurate record-keeping, this program reflected the division’s commitment to maintaining efficient administration and organizational accountability. It is hoped that the well-managed inventory system will continue to support the smooth implementation of future ESA programs and activities.

5. Sekre Bersih IV

The Moments of Sekre Bersih IV

On Monday, June 8th, 2026, the Secretary Division, in collaboration with all divisions of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, successfully conducted Sekre Bersih IV at the ESA Secretariat from 10.30 AM to 01.00 PM. The activity was organized to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the secretariat while fostering a stronger sense of unity, teamwork, and responsibility among ESA members. Through this collaborative initiative, participants worked together to create a more organized and welcoming environment that supports the organization’s daily activities.

The activity was carried out with great enthusiasm and active participation from members of every division, reflecting their shared commitment to maintaining the secretariat as a clean and functional workspace. Beyond promoting cleanliness, Sekre Bersih IV also strengthened collaboration and solidarity among members through teamwork and mutual cooperation. It is hoped that this routine activity will continue to cultivate a positive organizational culture and encourage all members to maintain a supportive and well-organized environment for future ESA programs and activities.

6. Sidang Penuh EGG ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2026

The Moments of Sidang Penuh EGG ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2026

On Saturday and Sunday, June 13th–14th, 2026, the Social and Politics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted Sidang Penuh EGG ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2026 at Room D6, FKIP Universitas Riau. Carrying the theme “Leading with Integrity, Serving with Purpose,” the two-day assembly marked the conclusion of the six-month internship program for the 2025 batch of English Gold Generation (EGG). The event was organized as an evaluation and accountability forum where participants presented and reviewed their internship reports, reflected on their achievements, and demonstrated the knowledge and experience they had gained throughout the program.

The assembly was conducted in a structured and participatory atmosphere, beginning with the opening ceremony and continuing with procedural sessions, the election of the permanent presidium, and comprehensive discussions of the EGG Internship Reports. Following the presentation of the general views from ESA officials, the accountability report was officially ratified, signifying the successful completion of the internship program. The event concluded with the EGG Award Ceremony, recognizing outstanding members for their dedication and contributions, with M. Habib Zamri receiving the title of King EGG 2026 and Ica Febrianti Sitanggang being crowned Queen EGG 2026. Through this activity, ESA FKIP Universitas Riau reaffirmed its commitment to accountability, leadership development, and continuous organizational growth while celebrating the accomplishments of its members.

7. Sidang Istimewa NEO 2026

The Moments of Sidang Istimewa NEO 2026

On Tuesday and Wednesday, June 16th–17th, 2026, the Social and Politics Division of the Lunara Vistara Cabinet, ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2025/2026, successfully conducted Sidang Istimewa NEO ESA FKIP Universitas Riau 2026 at Room D6, FKIP Universitas Riau. Carrying the theme “Leading with Integrity, Serving with Purpose,” the two-day assembly was organized to review and evaluate the leadership and organizational performance of the National English Olympiad (NEO) 2026 Committee. The event featured an Opening Ceremony, procedural sessions, the election of the Permanent Presidium, comprehensive discussions of the NEO 2026 Accountability Report, and the election of the NEO 2027 Core Committee.

The assembly was conducted in a structured and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging participants to actively engage in discussions, evaluations, and decision-making throughout the two-day forum. The Accountability Report of NEO 2026 was officially ratified after a series of evaluations and general views from participants, marking the successful completion of the committee’s responsibilities. Through this activity, ESA FKIP Universitas Riau reinforced the values of accountability, integrity, and responsible leadership while establishing a stronger foundation for the success and sustainability of future National English Olympiad committees.

8. Leaders Meeting VI

The Moments of Leaders Meeting VI

On Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, the core team of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted Leaders Meeting VI through an online session via Google Meet at 07.30 PM. The monthly meeting was attended by the core team, Division Heads, and Division Secretaries as a discussion forum to evaluate the condition of each division following Sidang Pleno ESA FKIP Universitas Riau. The meeting aimed to review the progress of ongoing work programs, address challenges encountered after the plenary session, and discuss the performance of members as well as organizational adjustments within each division.

The meeting was conducted in a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, allowing each division to present updates, evaluations, and challenges related to their respective responsibilities. Through the exchange of ideas and feedback, the core team provided guidance and support to strengthen coordination and improve organizational performance. It is hoped that Leaders Meeting VI will continue to enhance communication, teamwork, and the effectiveness of every division in achieving ESA FKIP Universitas Riau’s organizational goals.
