September 2026
has been another meaningful month for ESA FKIP Universitas Riau under the
Lunara Vistara Cabinet, filled with valuable experiences, meaningful
connections, and continuous organizational growth. Throughout the month, ESA
continued to create opportunities that encouraged learning, collaboration,
creativity, leadership, and active participation among its members. From
developing members’ skills and talents to strengthening organizational
relationships, exchanging experiences, and supporting the community, each
activity reflected ESA’s commitment to creating a supportive and engaging
environment where members can grow together. From various programs and
initiatives to meaningful discussions and collaborative activities, every
moment contributed to ESA’s journey throughout the month. Let’s take a closer
look at ESA’s inspiring journey throughout September 2026!
1.
Day 3 & 4 of ESA Music Club

On September
1st and 2nd, 2026, the Interests and Talents Division of ESA FKIP Universitas
Riau successfully held the third and fourth days of ESA Music Club with the
theme “Train Your Voice and Master the Guitar.” The activities took place at
04:00 PM until finished in D6 Room, FKIP Universitas Riau. On the third day,
participants focused on basic guitar practice, learning and practicing various
chords together. On the fourth day, the session continued with both guitar and
vocal training, followed by performances from both clubs.
Throughout the two sessions, the
participants showed enthusiasm and excitement as they practiced, learned from
one another, and developed their musical skills together. The performances on
the final day also gave participants an opportunity to showcase their
creativity and progress after several days of practice. The event concluded
with a closing session and appreciation for everyone who participated and
contributed to ESA Music Club. Through this activity, ESA Music Club provided a
fun space for students to explore their interests, build confidence, and enjoy
making music together.

ESA’s September Wall Magazine

On September
3rd, 2026, the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas
Riau presented ESA’s September Wall Magazine with the theme “Stories Across the
Airwaves.” Inspired by the atmosphere of radio, this edition brought together
stories, information, achievements, and creative works from the ESA community.
The wall magazine featured an Editorial Greeting, documentation of activities
and work programs, student creative works, scholarship and competition
opportunities, National and International News, the September Work Program
Calendar, and the latest ESA Organizational Structure.
Adding to the experience, this edition also explored interesting radio fun facts, a brief history of radio, and song recommendations from ESA members. Through its diverse contents, the September Wall Magazine aimed to broaden readers’ knowledge, spark curiosity, and bring the ESA community closer through shared stories and voices. With “Stories Across the Airwaves,” ESA invited its readers to keep listening, learning, creating, and sharing their own stories.
3. Grand Final Pemilihan Duta Pendidian Bahasa Inggris

On September
6th, 2026, the Grand Final of Pemilihan Duta Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris was
successfully held at the Microteaching Room, FKIP Universitas Riau. The event
began with registration and a formal opening, followed by the recitation of the
Holy Qur’an, the singing of national songs, and welcoming speeches from
distinguished representatives. The finalists then showcased their talents
through an Opening Number Performance and delivered inspiring speeches about
their leadership, aspirations, and commitment to English Education. The
competition continued with the Top 3 and Top 2 announcements and Q&A
sessions, where the finalists demonstrated their confidence, critical thinking,
and communication skills.
The atmosphere became more exciting with a special performance by the committee members before the highly anticipated announcement of the winners. The winners were then honored with sashes and prizes in recognition of their achievements. The event concluded with a documentation session and appreciation for the judges and everyone involved throughout the program. The Grand Final marked the culmination of the finalists’ journey and celebrated their dedication, confidence, and commitment to representing English Education.
4. Sekre Bersih

On September
8th, 2026, the Secretary Division, in collaboration with all divisions of ESA
FKIP Universitas Riau, successfully held “Sekre Bersih VI.” The activity was
conducted from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM and focused on moving items back to the
Secretariat, cleaning the space, and arranging everything in its proper place.
Members from various divisions actively participated throughout the activity,
working together to create a cleaner and more organized Secretariat.
The activity was carried out in a spirit of teamwork and shared responsibility. Through this collaborative effort, members not only helped maintain a comfortable environment for ESA activities but also strengthened cooperation and unity across divisions. Sekre Bersih VI served as a simple yet meaningful activity that encouraged members to take collective responsibility for maintaining the Secretariat as a shared space.

On September
8th, 2026, the Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted the
sixth session of “Mengelola dan Mendata Inventaris VI.” The activity was
carried out by each division from 03:00 PM until finished, focusing on
reviewing, checking, recording, and organizing the inventory under their
respective responsibilities. Members worked together to ensure that the items
assigned to each division were properly identified and documented.
Through this activity, each division contributed to maintaining accurate and organized inventory records within ESA. The activity also encouraged members to take responsibility for the facilities and resources entrusted to their respective divisions. By keeping the inventory properly recorded and managed, ESA can support more effective preparation and implementation of its activities and programs.

Monitoring Internal

On September
9th, 2026, the Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau
conducted an Internal Monitoring session with the Women Resource Division at
03:10 PM in Classroom D7. The activity was carried out to gain a deeper
understanding of the division’s internal condition and review its ongoing
development. Through this session, the Membership Development Division observed
and discussed various aspects related to the division’s internal management and
progress.
The monitoring also served as an
evaluation process to identify areas that could be improved and strengthened.
Through discussion and evaluation, the Membership Development Division provided
support, guidance, and recommendations to help the Women Resource Division
maintain its progress and continue developing effectively. This activity
reflected ESA’s commitment to supporting each division and fostering continuous
improvement within the organization.

Communication Advancement Mission (CAM)

On September
11th, 2026, the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas
Riau conducted the Communication Advancement Mission (CAM) under the theme
“Creating Opportunities through Knowledge Exchange” at Radio Aditya FM.
Starting at 03:00 PM, the activity provided participants with an opportunity to
expand their knowledge of media, communication, and broadcasting through direct
experience in a professional radio environment. The participants were warmly
welcomed by the Radio Aditya FM team before the session began, which made the
visit even more meaningful as it coincided with National Radio Day.
During the main session,
participants were divided into two groups and introduced to the world of radio
broadcasting through sessions led by Madam Titi and Lady Nadin. They learned
about the basics of broadcasting, the development and history of radio, how
radio programs are delivered, and the skills needed to communicate effectively
with listeners. The session continued with a discussion and question-and-answer
session in the broadcasting room, allowing participants to exchange knowledge
and gain insights directly from radio professionals. The activity concluded
with the presentation of a certificate to Radio Aditya FM as a token of
appreciation, followed by a documentation session. Through this experience,
participants gained a deeper understanding of broadcasting while recognizing
the importance of communication skills, confidence, creativity, preparation,
and audience connection in the world of media.

11th, 2026, the Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau
conducted an External Monitoring session for English Education cadres who are
involved in organizational activities outside ESA. The activity was held at
04:20 PM in front of Classroom D5 and was attended by four students from the
2025 cohort of the English Education Program. The session aimed to gain a
deeper understanding of the cadres’ experiences and involvement in
organizations beyond ESA.
The activity also served as an
evaluation and monitoring process to understand the organizational development
of the cadres outside ESA. Through discussion and sharing, the Membership
Development Division gained insights into their experiences while providing
support and guidance where needed. This activity reflected ESA’s effort to stay
connected with its cadres and support their development across different
organizational environments.
9. ESA Goes to Orphanage 2026

On September
12th, 2026, the Social and Politics Division, Women Resource Division, and
Islamic and Spiritual Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully
conducted ESA Goes to Orphanage (EGO) 2026 under the theme “Together We Care,
Together We Share.” The activity was held at Panti Asuhan Darma Kita,
Pekanbaru, starting at 01:00 PM until completion. The event began with an
opening and welcoming remarks from the committee, the representatives of Panti
Asuhan Darma Kita, and the Chairman of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau. The activity
then continued with a material session, followed by ice-breaking activities and
various games involving ESA members and the children.
The atmosphere became lively as
the participants were divided into two teams and actively took part in the
games and activities. Prizes and appreciation were also given to participants
as a way to celebrate their enthusiasm and involvement. The activity concluded
with a closing and documentation session, capturing the joyful moments shared
by ESA members and the children. Through EGO 2026, participants were encouraged
to practice caring and sharing while building meaningful connections with
others. More than just a social activity, the event became an opportunity for
ESA members to spread happiness, strengthen solidarity, and contribute
positively to the community.

18th, 2026, the Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau
conducted an External Monitoring session for PBI cadres who are involved in
organizational activities outside ESA. The activity was held at 03:30 PM in
front of Classroom D6 and involved cadres from the 2024 cohort of the English
Education Program. The session aimed to gain a deeper understanding of their
organizational experiences and development beyond ESA.
The monitoring also served as an
evaluation and follow-up process to identify the cadres’ experiences and needs
while being involved in organizations outside ESA. Through discussion and
sharing, the Membership Development Division was able to gain insights into
their organizational development and provide relevant support and guidance.
This activity reflected ESA’s commitment to maintaining communication with its
cadres and supporting their continued growth in different organizational
environments.
11.
Ladies Visiting (LEVIS) II

On September
19th, 2026, the Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau
successfully conducted Ladies Visiting (LEVIS) II under the theme “When Stories
Meet, Connections Grow.” The activity was held from 02:00 PM until finished at
the PMU FTK UIN Suska Riau Building and included a visit to Dinas Pemberdayaan
Perempuan DEMA FTK UIN Suska Riau. The activity aimed to strengthen
relationships, exchange experiences, and encourage collaboration between the
two organizations. The event began with welcoming sessions from representatives
of both organizations, followed by presentations of their respective work
programs.
The work program presentations
provided an opportunity for both organizations to introduce their activities,
exchange organizational experiences, and gain new perspectives. The session
continued with a question-and-answer discussion, allowing participants to share
ideas and explore opportunities for future collaboration. The activity
concluded with the presentation of certificates and a documentation session
involving members and administrators from both organizations. Through LEVIS II,
participants gained valuable insights while building connections and
strengthening communication through shared experiences and collaboration.

Kajian Pengurus II

On September
19th, 2026, the Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau
successfully conducted Kajian Pengurus II at 08:30 AM in Room D6, FKIP
Universitas Riau. The activity was attended by administrators from all
divisions of ESA and served as a space for reflection, sharing, and
strengthening relationships among administrators. Through an interactive
sharing session, each division was given an opportunity to openly discuss their
experiences, challenges, concerns, and organizational journey throughout the
period.
The activity continued with a
collective discussion involving the core administrators to reflect on the
concerns and challenges shared by each division. The discussion focused on
identifying areas that could be improved and strengthened, particularly in communication,
coordination, teamwork, and division development. Through this process, Kajian
Pengurus II encouraged administrators to listen to one another, understand
different perspectives, and work together toward a more supportive
organizational environment. The activity concluded with a documentation session
in a warm and engaging atmosphere, strengthening the spirit of togetherness and
continuous improvement within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.
13.
Women Activity (WOTY) III

On September
20th, 2026, the Women Resource Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau
successfully held Women Activity (WOTY) III with the theme “Knot by Knot:
Weaving Creativity, Friendship and Memories.” The activity took place in D6
Room, FKIP Universitas Riau, where participants had the opportunity to create
their own thread bracelets while exploring their creativity and spending
meaningful time together. Through this hands-on activity, participants were
encouraged to learn and express themselves through a simple yet enjoyable
creative process.
The activity created a warm space for participants to interact, share experiences, and enjoy the process of making something together. Beyond learning a new skill, WOTY III allowed participants to create meaningful moments and strengthen connections through creativity. The activity reflected how simple creative activities can bring people together and turn shared experiences into lasting memories.
14. Experience Exchange Program for Organizations (EXPO)

On September
25th, 2026, the Communication and Informatics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas
Riau successfully organized the Experience Exchange Program for Organizations
(EXPO) in collaboration with Pharmacy English Club, Universitas Andalas. The
activity was held at 08:00 PM via Zoom Meeting under the theme “Connecting
Experiences, Inspiring Organizational Growth.” The program served as a platform
for both organizations to exchange insights, experiences, and ideas related to
organizational development.
Through this program,
participants had the opportunity to broaden their perspectives by learning from
each other’s organizational experiences. The exchange also encouraged
meaningful knowledge sharing, strengthened collaboration, and supported mutual
understanding between the two organizations. By connecting different
experiences and perspectives, EXPO provided a valuable space for participants
to gain new insights and develop ideas that could contribute to organizational
growth.
15. ESA’s Got Talent (EGT) 2026

On September
26th, 2026, the Interests and Talents Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau
successfully held ESA’s Got Talent (EGT) 2026 at M. Diah Hall, Universitas
Riau, under the theme “Cast Your Spell, Create Your Masterpiece.” The event
showcased the diverse talents and creativity of students across FKIP
Universitas Riau through various performances, including singing, dancing,
rapping, sign language, and group performances. Special performances from the
Art Team of Minba ESA, UKM Batra, and the EGT committee also added excitement
to the event.
Throughout the event, the
performances created an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere as participants
shared their talents and the audience celebrated their creativity. EGT 2026
provided participants with an opportunity to express themselves, gain valuable
stage experience, and showcase their abilities in front of the FKIP community.
More than just a talent showcase, the event brought students together to enjoy
memorable performances and celebrate creativity and talent within FKIP
Universitas Riau.
16. Leaders Meeting IX

On September
27th, 2026, the Core Team of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted
Leaders Meeting IX, a monthly meeting involving the Core Team, Division Heads,
and Division Secretaries. The meeting was held at 02:00 PM at Kofie Kafie and
served as a discussion forum to review the condition and development of each
division. The discussion covered the revision of the SOP results, attendance
records, member conditions, as well as relationships and member performance
within each division.
Throughout the meeting, the
leaders shared updates, discussed challenges, and evaluated matters that
required further attention. The discussion also focused on strengthening
coordination, maintaining positive relationships among members, and improving
the performance of each division in carrying out its work programs. Through
Leaders Meeting IX, the Core Team and division leaders had the opportunity to
reflect on the progress of each division and work together toward achieving
ESA’s organizational goals.
17. Diskusi Publik

On September 30th, 2026, the Social and Politics Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau successfully conducted Diskusi Publik 2026 at Pentas Seni 1, FKIP Universitas Riau, starting at 03:00 PM. Held under the theme “Behind the Flames: Forest and Land Fires, Intentional or Accidental?”, the activity provided a space for participants to explore the causes of forest and land fires and discuss whether they occur intentionally or accidentally. The discussion also addressed the environmental, social, and legal impacts of forest and land fires on ecosystems, public health, and local communities.
Throughout the discussion, participants were encouraged to exchange perspectives and engage in meaningful conversations about the issue. The activity also encouraged critical thinking and broadened participants’ awareness of the importance of collective efforts in preventing forest and land fires. Through Diskusi Publik 2026, ESA provided a space for participants to gain a deeper understanding of an environmental issue that continues to affect society and the environment while encouraging greater awareness and responsibility toward its prevention.
