October 2026 has been another meaningful month for ESA FKIP Universitas Riau under the Lunara Vistara Cabinet, filled with cherished memories, valuable experiences, and strengthened connections. Throughout the month, ESA continued to foster togetherness, encourage collaboration, and support organizational development through various activities. From sharing personal experiences and reflecting on organizational progress to maintaining the secretariat and strengthening coordination among divisions, each activity reflected the commitment and teamwork of ESA members in building a supportive and collaborative environment. Every moment became part of ESA's journey, creating memories and lessons to cherish along the way. Let's take a closer look at ESA's meaningful journey throughout October 2026!

1. ESA's October Wall Magazine 

The Moments of ESA's October Wall Magazine

On Monday, October 12th, 2026, at 1:00 PM, the Communication and Informatics Division created ESA’s October Wall Magazine in front of the ESA FKIP Universitas Riau Secretariat. Carrying the theme “Cheers to the Memories,” this month’s edition celebrates the memories, experiences, and togetherness shared by ESA FKIP Universitas Riau members throughout their organizational journey.

The October Wall Magazine features photos of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau administrators, accompanied by personal quotes from each member. Through these photos and quotes, the wall magazine captures meaningful moments, shares individual thoughts and experiences, and preserves the memories created during their time in ESA. It also serves as a reminder of the valuable lessons, personal growth, and meaningful connections built throughout their organizational journey.

2. Women Sharing 

The Moments of Women Sharing

On Monday, October 12th, 2026, at 4:00 PM, the English Student Association of FKIP Universitas Riau, through its Women Resource Division, held a Women Sharing activity in front of the ESA FKIP Universitas Riau Secretariat. The event was moderated by Luluk Febrian Olga Vivi, Secretary of the Women Resource Division, who warmly welcomed the participants and introduced the activity. It was officially opened by Miftahul Jannah, the protocol officer of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau, who emphasized the importance of creating a comfortable space for members to share their stories, listen to one another, and enjoy time together.

During the activity, female ESA members shared their personal experiences and challenges throughout their organizational journey, including leading events as coordinators and balancing academic responsibilities with organizational commitments. The session also featured an evaluation discussion where participants exchanged suggestions and ideas for improving future programs. Held in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, the activity encouraged openness, strengthened communication, and fostered mutual understanding among members. Through Women Sharing, participants gained valuable insights into teamwork while building stronger relationships and a greater sense of solidarity within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau. The event concluded with closing remarks from the moderator, who expressed her appreciation for everyone's active participation and contributions.

3. Monitoring Internal 

The Moments of Monitoring Internal

On Thursday, October 15th, 2026, at 3:10 PM, the Membership Development Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted Monitoring Internal with the Spiritual Development Division (Rohis) in Classroom D7. This activity aimed to assess and gain a deeper understanding of the division's internal condition, including its progress and organizational needs. It also served as an evaluation process to identify areas that could be improved and ensure that the division continued to function effectively.

Through this activity, the Membership Development Division provided support, guidance, and recommendations to help the Spiritual Development Division address its challenges and improve its performance. The monitoring process also encouraged reflection on the division's internal development and its ongoing programs. Overall, Monitoring Internal served as an important step in strengthening coordination between divisions, supporting organizational sustainability, and encouraging continuous improvement within ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.

4. Gotong royong 

The Moments of Gotong Royong

On Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the Secretary Division of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau conducted a Gotong Royong activity at the ESA Secretariat. This activity aimed to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the secretariat while creating a comfortable environment for members to gather and carry out organizational activities. Through mutual cooperation, members worked together to clean and organize the shared space, ensuring that the secretariat remained neat and welcoming.

Beyond maintaining cleanliness, Gotong Royong also encouraged teamwork and a sense of shared responsibility among ESA members. By contributing to the care of the secretariat, members strengthened their cooperation and demonstrated the importance of maintaining a shared space. Overall, this activity helped create a cleaner, more comfortable, and more welcoming environment to support the various activities of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau.

5. Rapat Umum

The Moments of Rapat Umum

On Sunday, October 25th, 2026, at 9:30 AM, the English Student Association of FKIP Universitas Riau held a Rapat Umum in Room D1, FKIP Universitas Riau. The meeting was attended by the core team and all ESA committees as a platform for discussion, coordination, and evaluation among members. The main agenda focused on discussing the contents of the GBPK and BFA, two important organizational documents that guide the association's activities and work programs.

During the meeting, members had the opportunity to discuss and gain a clearer understanding of the contents of the GBPK and BFA. Through these discussions, the meeting encouraged active participation, strengthened coordination, and helped establish a shared understanding among members regarding the organization's guidelines and plans. Overall, Rapat Umum served as an important step in ensuring that all members were aligned in their understanding and prepared to support the effective implementation of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau's organizational activities.

6. Leaders Meeting X

The Moments of Leaders Meeting X

On Sunday, October 25th, 2026, at 2:00 PM, the Core Team of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau held Leaders Meeting X in Room D1, FKIP Universitas Riau. This monthly meeting served as a discussion forum involving the Core Team, Division Heads, and Division Secretaries to discuss important organizational matters. The main agenda focused on reviewing and discussing the Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPJ) and BEM FKIP AWARD (BFA) to ensure that all division leaders understood the requirements and preparations needed.

During the meeting, participants discussed organizational accountability, administrative documentation, and the necessary preparations related to the LPJ and BFA. The discussion also provided an opportunity for the Core Team and division leaders to exchange ideas, clarify important information, and strengthen coordination across divisions. Overall, Leaders Meeting X played an important role in promoting shared understanding, improving administrative preparedness, and supporting the smooth implementation of ESA FKIP Universitas Riau's organizational activities.
